The new version in raisin in the sun is cool and hip but not that good. When P Diddy put his own twist to the movie, I think it changed the movie alot. He took important scenes out of the original movie from the book. The original version was more simple straight forward with the story than the new one which i thought was more washed out. P diddy is definitely not the next Sydney Poitier. I think P diddy should stick to producing music than acting. I just saw P diddy play as a lawyer in the show Miami C.S.I and he was very dull and boring. The original movie is a classic and I recommend it over the new version.
